BestLoL began in early 2024 when a Piltover engineer got frustrated with the click-only GUI overlays in the script in league of legends scene. The launchers shipped polished — but no two scripts agreed on a config format, none were auditable, and most leaked telemetry to chembaron tracking services. We rebuilt from the bench, charter-bound, MIT-licensed.
The council is six volunteer artisans from six nations. No corporate backer, no premium tier. Every release ships under MIT charter — every binary reproducible from source.
